The Role

We are seeking an experienced Home Services Project Manager to support our existing high-end residential clients. This is a hands-on, field-based role working closely with the owner to manage home maintenance, small projects, and urgent service needs from start to finish. This position is ideal for a seasoned residential professional who enjoys problem-solving, client interaction, and working independently in occupied homes.

This is a field-first role, not a desk-based PM position.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations

• Serve as a primary on-site representative for clients during maintenance visits and small projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals
• Conduct site visits, reviews, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction

Construction & Field Work

• Perform and oversee high-quality hands-on work across common residential systems (roofing, plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry, hardware, drainage)
• Maintain clean, protected, and respectful job sites in occupied homes
• Coordinate permitting and inspections for small projects when required

Project Management

• Manage service schedules and requests using Buildertrend
• Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and scope definition
• Respond to urgent and emergency service needs
• Identify opportunities to expand service work into larger projects

Quality & Safety

• Support development of home-specific preventative maintenance plans
• Assist with vendor selection, bidding, and scope coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and CAL OSHA regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of residential construction experience
• 5+ years in a superintendent or project management role (high-end preferred)
• Strong hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism
• Comfortable managing multiple service requests and priorities
• Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction software preferred
• English required; Spanish a plus

Location & Schedule

• In-person role across San Francisco and Marin County
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (flexibility required)
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency response

Compensation & Benefits

• $50–60/hour starting, depending on experience
• Company vehicle, tolls, gas, and company phones, tablets, and equipment as deemed necessary
